There's always a chance some of us may not able to vote on Nov 7:

  illness, family or work emergency, delays or problems at polls, long
  lines at poll, car trouble, bad weather

With the full ballot in fron of you, you can take your time
and research *all* the races you have a say in.

This is a chance to increase certainty, to reduce risk, by locking
in your vote early
